Recipe for 2 people
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 2 frozen, ripe bananas, frozen in slices
- 2 tbs raw cocoa
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 250 ml almond milk
- 50 g dark chocolate (at least 72% cocoa)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- honey to taste
1. Remove the bananas from the freezer and let them sit out for 5 minutes to reach the right temperature. Then put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until it is a smooth consistency. If you want to be a bit thinner, add the almond milk. Add honey to taste.
