Matcha is a finely ground powder of high quality green tea that is rich in chlorophyll and amino acids. It has both a stimulating and invigorating effect, while at the same time, it is also calming.

Recipe for 2 people
Preparation time: 5 minutes


  • 300 ml organic soy milk, unsweetened
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbs matcha green tea powder
  • juice from 1 lime
  • juice from 1 lemon


Blend all the ingredients together until they are fine and smooth and then drink immediately.
